Year 3 trip to Stover
This week, Year 3 went on a trip to Stover Country Park. The aim of this trip was to study seed dispersal of plants. The children walked all of the way around the lake, stopping to complete a number of activities and games relating to our plants topic.
Dogs Trust Visit to Cranesbill

World Book Day - Cranesbill
Cranesbill have had a wonderful World Book Day 2024, celebrating our love of reading by dressing up as a variety of characters from our favourite books, alongside creating some fantastic WBD bunting and sharing books with friends.
Ancient Greek Day

Interactive concert
On Thursday, Years 3 and 4 took part in an interactive concert. They were introduced to a range of different musical genres and instruments, and they had opportunities to get involved in the concert itself through song.
Safer Internet Day Year 3
During Safer Internet Week, Year 3 thought about their online footprint. Y3 engaged in some meaningful and thoughtful discussions about what they could do to be a positive influence online.
Cave art day
Year 3 had a super fun day learning all about cave art. We used charcoal for our outlines and made our own paint using different spices. We made our own individual pieces and a whole class piece which showed modern day items in the style of cave art.
