In D&T, we have been making wooden photo frames.

We first created designs to ensure that we were meeting the design criteria. The design criteria specified that our theme should be 'Year 6 Leavers' so that we could remember our classmates when we move on to secondary school. 

The class have worked hard to measure, saw, sand and glue the pieces of wood together before painting and decorating them.

The results are fantastic, the children are excited to add a photo of the class and take their frames home!
